Mission

Our mission as a Rehabilitation Centre for the physically impaired is to offer rehabilitation services which include building, developing or recovering skills, as well as providing adaptation or compensation strategies. The ultimate purpose of our rehabilitation interventions, is to support children with a motor or language impairments, as well as deaf or hard-of-hearing children and adults in social integration and the accomplishment of their daily activities.

The Centre provides services in both English and French, and is mandated by the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs to ensure services to the English speaking population of Québec. In collaboration with its partners, the Mackay Rehabilitation Centre strives to empower each person it serves to maximize his or her potential in society.
